This 6-week OT-led group helps children and teens develop social skills and build peer connections through interactive activities, including board games and collaborative challenges. Participants practice communication, problem-solving, and self-regulation in a structured, supportive environment that meets them where they are. 

Key Focus Areas: 

  • Enhancing peer interactions and relationship-building 
  • Practicing effective communication and perspective-taking 
  • Developing problem-solving and conflict-resolution strategies 
  • Building confidence and independence in social situations
